Over the last twenty years, I have been consistently successful in developing award-winning brands through marketing, advertising, and design initiatives to support local, national, and global sales objectives. Employing a comprehensive storytelling methodology, to create authenticity and propel a brand forward through every customer interaction and employee engagement.
Creative Leadership Skills
Eight years as the creative brand lead for Raising Cane’s, the fastest-growing restaurant brand in the country and Ad Age’s 2023 Hottest Brands with 50,000 employees, 800 locations, and over 3 billion in sales. Responsible for building and developing a team of 17 full-time employees with 5 direct reports, along with hiring and directing a roster of creative agencies and production teams.
