Over the last twenty years, I have been consistently successful in developing award-winning brands through marketing, advertising, and design initiatives to support local, national, and global sales objectives. Employing a comprehensive storytelling methodology, to create authenticity and propel a brand forward through every customer interaction and employee engagement.

Creative Leadership Skills
Eight years as the creative brand lead for Raising Cane’s, the fastest-growing restaurant brand in the country and Ad Age’s 2023 Hottest Brands with 50,000 employees, 800 locations, and over 3 billion in sales. Responsible for building and developing a team of 17 full-time employees with 5 direct reports, along with hiring and directing a roster of creative agencies and production teams.

Transforming the brand's vision into tangible reality through creative direction, incorporating guiding principles, visual cues, brand persona, tailored messaging for diverse audiences and channels, photography and videography direction, leading constructive creative reviews, and orchestrating all necessary elements to motivate and unite an exceptional team of talented individuals in crafting exceptional creations.

Resource and Budget Management
Collaborate with teams to develop yearly and project-driven budgets, allocate resources, optimize productivity, and assess final ROI. Developing future resourcing plans based on forecasted needs and business objectives.
